The cable is made of plastic, of which 30% is recycled. It is designed with extra reinforcement at the connector, which reduces the risk of cable breakage.

This USB-C cable has been developed in collaboration between GREEN_E and SBS. GREEN_E is a company that focuses on sustainable solutions to protect the environment.

A reuse kit is included with the cable. The packaging can be reused as an envelope to send old devices or accessories, such as an old cable, wall charger, smartphone, etc.
The process is easy: place the old device in the packaging, attach the included return address label, and and deliver it at a parcel shop and send it away for free.
