The outside is made of faux leather, and the inside has a microfibre lining. The shock-absorbing CloudShield technology is tested to the MIL-STD-810H standard. The design is also water-repellent and dust-repellent, protecting against rain, spills and dirt, among other things.

A waterproof reverse-coil zip and a snap button keep the sleeve closed. A cutout at the fold makes it easier to put the laptop in and take it out.
