A new screen with adaptive refresh rate, and AOD function. aswell as an updated GPU that is now 5 cores instead of the regulard 4 core GPU from the iPhone 13. Just like the other iPhones in the 14 series, the 14 Plus also comes with the new "Cinematic Mode" for recording videos on the phone, which allows you to capture 4K video on both the main camera aswell as the selfie camera.
